EQUAL IN AUTHORITY TO LEAD THE CHURCH, THEY WORK TOGETHER TO OFFER STRONG LEADERSHIP AND PASTORAL CARE. AS PASTORS, THEY BOTH PREACH, TEACH, AND HELP WITH CHURCH ADMINISTRATION.
